IZ Freight is an independent agency of Armstrong Transport Group, LLC, headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Every shipment is arranged by Armstrong Transport Group, LLC as a licensed property broker under its own authority, MC-555609 / USDOT 2236080, using independent third-party motor carriers. IZ Freight is not a motor carrier, holds no operating authority of its own, and does not haul, load, rig, or handle freight.
By using izfreight.com, requesting a quote, or tendering a shipment through us, you agree to these terms.
Armstrong Transport Group, LLC is the contracting party for all brokerage services. Every shipment IZ Freight arranges is brokered by Armstrong Transport Group, LLC and is governed by Armstrong’s Brokerage Terms and Conditions. If anything on this page, a quote, or any other communication conflicts with Armstrong’s terms, Armstrong’s terms control.
Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide. Website content, example prices, transit times and tools are for information only and are not a binding quote or offer. A rate is not binding until it is confirmed in writing by Armstrong Transport Group, LLC (for example, in a load or rate confirmation). Rates may change if details are inaccurate or incomplete, or if conditions change, including accessorial charges, detention, layovers, truck ordered not used (TONU), permits, and re-delivery. Pickup and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent the law allows, IZ Freight and Armstrong Transport Group, LLC are not liable for loss, damage, delay, missed pickups or deliveries, or the acts or omissions of carriers, riggers, or other third parties, and are not liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages. Any liability for brokerage services is limited as set out in Armstrong’s Brokerage Terms and Conditions.
The website and its tools, including any height map or mileage calculator, are provided as is and for general information only. They are not route approval, permit guidance, or a quote. IZ Freight is not a motor carrier and does not take possession of freight. Cargo loss and damage claims are handled under the liability of the motor carrier that hauled the shipment, the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) where it applies, and Armstrong’s Brokerage Terms and Conditions. Carriers may limit their liability. Optional add-on cargo coverage (up to $2.5M, or up to $500K for Mexico) is available only on request, and is subject to its terms, exclusions, limits and approval. Coverage is not in place unless confirmed in writing.
The website, its content and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Regulatory, permit and route information on this site is general information, not legal advice. Rules change, so verify with the applicable state DOT or permit office.
